Indian Railways has deployed 19 Isolation Coaches with a capacity of more than 300 beds in Ahmedabad. The coaches have medical professionals & are equipped with all essential facilities & medical equipment for enabling speedy recovery of COVID-19 patients

21 Isolation Coaches have been deployed at Palghar with all essential facilities including Oxygen cylinders in each coach. These coaches have the capacity to accommodate 378 patients with separate coaches for doctors & medical staff
