Addressed the #WTOMC14 Ministerial Breakout Session on ‘Decision-Making and Past Mandates’, sharing India’s perspectives on strengthening global trade governance.

Met Mr. Wang Wentao, Minister of Commerce of China, on the sidelines of the #WTOMC14.

Met Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Director-General of World Trade Organization – WTO, on the sidelines of #WTOMC14, and deliberated on India’s constructive & positive engagement in ongoing discussions on WTO reforms.

Met Dr. Kassahun Gofe Balami, Minister of Trade and Regional Integration of Ethiopia, as part of engagements at #WTOMC14.

Met Mr. Nicolas Forissier, Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness of France, on the margins of #WTOMC14.

Met Mr. Sjoerd Sjoerdsma, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Co-operation of The Netherlands, on the sidelines of #WTOMC14.

Called on H.E. Mr Joseph Dion Ngute, Prime Minister of Cameroon, in Yaoundé.

Arrived in Yaoundé for the 14th Ministerial Conference of the WTO. In my first engagement, attended the Ministerial Session on ‘Foundational issues on WTO, including its principles’.
